Students will have to wear uniforms for our various types of dance lessons. This is required to obtain consistency and help students perform better. Pupils are required to wear the correct uniforms for each class, details of which are always available. Call us if you have any question. Our uniforms are based on those required/suggested by RAD, ISTD and Melody Bear.
Wearing a uniform promotes good grooming and self-discipline and allows pupils/ students to move freely during dance classes. Pupils are also expected to wear a suitable hairstyle as long flowing hair can be a hazard.

Ballet cardigans are not worn in examinations.
Ballet socks must be of regulation type, not just any pink socks.

Dance uniforms can be ordered through the dance school at competitive prices
No jewellery/watches should be worn in dance classes.
Small earrings only are acceptable. No hoop earrings should be worn as these can get caught and be dangerous.
